Financial Coaching Program
Build Stability. Plan for the Future. Thrive.
Empowering individuals to achieve financial stability through one-on-one support
Our Financial Coaching Team works in close collaboration with the In-Home Support Team to help families establish and maintain a strong financial foundation, an essential component of creating a safe and secure home environment.
Connections financial empowerment services are designed to meet the unique needs of parents with cognitive disabilities and those facing poverty, discrimination, or accessibility barriers. Our inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach ensures clients feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their financial journey.
We support clients in identifying and working toward their financial goals at their own pace. To increase accessibility, we deliver coaching in clients’ homes, our offices, community spaces, virtually, and through partner agencies. This flexible approach removes barriers related to transportation, mobility, and childcare, and ensures culturally safe, stigma-free environments.
